Excellent stuff. It's such a simple construct but immediately sparks some thoughts on how to tackle to oft daunting "community" question.

I will definitely run this workshop. I think the prerequisite of this session is to understand if the brand has a cultural (informal) platform to host a community. In this case, as you put it, the mission clarity has to be there. On the other side of the medallion, community-driven organizations build this relationship organically by opening up space. If the community treats your brand as white canvas or springboard organically, there you have the strongest indicator to kickoff this workshop.
